Lathe machine was used to create a circular disc out of the wooden block then using lathe tools the plate was hand craved .

I used the combination of the stains to achieve a rustic theme .

IN ORDER TO to make the cup in to usable one, I HAD TO DIP IT IN WATER, sand it UNTIL THE GRAINS DO NOT COME OUT repaint units it stops .
